Central Serous Retinopathy Patient comes in with blurred vision. Patient also had a lung transplant. VA was 20/150 with pinhole correction to 20/60 in the right eye. Fundus exam in the right eye shows a great amount of sub retinal fluid over the macula. Will monitor to see if it goes away on its own, if not then will consider laser treatment.
