Central Serous Retinopathy - Steroid Induced - Serous Retinal Detachment 38-year-old man has noticed a spot in the right eye. The vision was a little bit off for a few weeks and then just recently he noticed that it was the right eye. He did take high dose oral steroids for about two weeks in early March and he was using an intermittent steroid inhaler, but he has not used anything recently. He is under a lot of stress. VISUAL ACUITY: OD 20/100, OS 20/50.
