Presumed ocular histoplasmosis syndrome and CNVM - responded to Avastin 62 year old female with 3 days of vision loss in the right eye. Vision is 20/40 OD, 5/200 OS. Left eye had been treated years ago elsewhere. She grew up in the Mississippi River valley. She was treated with Avastin and the vision improved to 20/20 in 4 months. She continues, 3 years later, on every 2 months Avastin.
